Scheduled activities are only held at the Saturday crop. They are not mandatory nor are they every Saturday. Each chapter decides when they want to schedule classes, the types of classes they want, and the fee they are willing to pay each month independently of each other. In Kent, activities are usually scheduled in the adjacent room so the main crop will not be disturbed. Kent classes have been changed to the afternoon, starting at 1 pm or 2 pm, and last between 1-2 hours. Everett classes will be held at 10:00 a.m.
